The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the specified deposit.

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival; after that, 100% of the total amount is due. If the booking is made within 5 days before the arrival date, it can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking.

The property must be used in compliance with the house rules.

Failure to respect the rules (e.g. smoking, noise disturbances) may result in additional charges. The host reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit in the event of damage.
